  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I would like to share my story about a procedure offered by Waind Chiropractic. I was a patient with major migraines, months of ER visits, shots for pain, test after test and around $100,000.00 of medical bills. I had heard about a procedure called AcuStaple that requires staples to be placed in your ears, with those in place migraines are to be controlled. I called and asked questions and made my appointment with Waind Chiropractic in February 2009. After having the staples placed within 1 week my migraine had gone. It is recommended that the staples be replaced every 6 months. I am on my 4th replacement . . . NO medication and NO migraine!! I have developed a great relationship with the staff at Waind Chiropractic. I would recommend the ear staples for anyone who suffers from migraines. I send a big Thank You to Michael Waind and staff for getting me through a difficult time in my life."
