BOSU/Disc

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

  • "I would like to share my story about a procedure offered by Waind Chiropractic. I was a patient with major migraines, months of ER visits, shots for pain, test after test and around $100,000.00 of medical bills. I had heard about a procedure called AcuStaple that requires staples to be placed in your ears, with those in place migraines are to be controlled. I called and asked questions and made my appointment with Waind Chiropractic in February 2009. After having the staples placed within 1 week"
